- wake up at 7

- morning walk around the block (there’s a special camaraderie amongst early risers)

- light an incense (the smell now conditions a certain mindset)

- play my mornings playlist

- quick stretch

- tapping/knocking on body/face —> I loveee this, and I’ll repeat “my body is healthy, my mind is brilliant, my soul is tranquil”

- adderall (if I must)

- look at my day ahead, using my template that budgets for every 30 minutes

- write any notes out from the night before/this morning
